D.R. Mozeley, Inc.
built its first petroleum service station in 1964. By the late
70's, this specialized facility had become an integral part of our
business, leading us to concentrate primarily on petroleum retail
construction.
Today, we enjoy
many long-standing relationships with multiple petroleum
retailers. This, and the fact that 75% of our contracts are
negotiated rather than bid, attest to the professionalism and
performance standards we are proud to maintain.
No other general
contractor offers greater in-house capabilities to fill the needs of
petroleum retailers for specialized buildings, canopies, equipment,
and appearance.
 We
maintain 40 pieces of heavy construction equipment considered
necessary to handle these requirements, rather than relying on
sub-contractors. Our permanent staff of over 60 includes
specialists in grading, excavation, concrete, petroleum equipment
installation, project managers and supervisory staff, as well as
formal, OSHA-compliant safety program. Your resulting benefit
is control and efficiency, lower cost, and less opportunity for
error.
